Instructions on how to translate school letters.

1. Open the letter in Microsoft WORD.
2. Press CTRL A to select all of the text.
3. From the menu bar above select

Tools

Language

Translate

Choose "Translate a word or sentence"

From

English

To

The language of your choice

 4. Press the green button below with the white arrow , and your document will be translated to your preferred language.
